Unfortunately, due to financial issues, Cowboy and I have been unable to show since 2013
In August of 2017, Cowboy suffered from a severe laceration to his left hind leg. He completely severed his extensory tendon. He spent 6 weeks in the hospital at Alamo Pintado. While there he received numerous compliments on his temperament.

Cowboy has made an incredible recovery. He moves very well and has recovered some ( maybe much ) ability to lift his toe. Although I'm not sure at this point if he"ll ever be as smooth as before, he is more than able to walk, trot, canter, run , buck, and kick up his heels! Other than a scar, if you didn't know about the injury, you might never know he'd had one!
